§ 11. EMERGENCY USE OF FACILITIES.

In case of any emergency or disaster, the grantee shall, upon request of the city manager or his designee, make available its facilities to the city for emergency use during the emergency or disaster period. (Res. No. 93-3, 2/10/93)
