§ 17. FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS REQUIREMENTS.

Any modifications of the Federal Communications requirements by the Federal Communication Commission shall be incorporated into the permit within one (1) year of adoption of the modification. (Res. No. 93-3, 2/10/93)
