§ 5. TERRITORIAL AREA INVOLVED.

This permit relates to and covers the entire present territorial limits of the city and any area hereafter added thereto during the term of this permit. Grantee shall provide service within a reasonable time after requested to any home within the city limits. Grantee will pay the expense for installing the first three hundred (300) feet of service installation to customers within the Guymon city limits, and the cable customers shall pay service extension expense after the first three hundred (300) feet at a rate of One Dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per foot.
