That the Trust Indenture by and between Paul Fowler, as trustor, and Paul Fowler Gary Wadley, A. P. Atkins, Guy F. Bennett and Forrest Grider as trustees, dated as of December 1, 1965, creating the Guymon Industrial Authority, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, wherein the City of Guymon is declared to be the beneficiary of the trust, be and the same is hereby approved and the City of Guymon accepts the trust as the beneficiary thereof.
