§ 12. PUBLIC ENTITY DESIGNATED; RESPONSIBILITY.

The Guymon Industrial Authority, a public trust, is designated as the public entity authorized to carry out and administer the provisions of the Project Plan and to exercise all powers necessary thereto except those powers reserved to the municipal governing body by the Local Development Act at 62 O.S. Supp. 1992, Section 854.
