§ 8. AUTHORITY TO MAKE MINOR AMENDMENTS.

The Guymon Industrial Authority, a public trust, shall have the authority to make minor amendments to the Guymon-Seaboard Economic development Project/Seaboard Project Plan; provided that an amendment is defined as minor in accordance with Section 9 of the Local Development Act, 62 O.S. Supp. 1992, Section 858(D).
