§ 13. DURATION OF PERMIT.

Latest version.

This resolution and the rights, privileges, and authority hereby granted shall take effect and be in force from and after final passage hereof, as provided by law, and shall continue in force and effect until June 30, 2023, subject to the right of the city to terminate this permit as provided herein.
