§ 14. DEFAULT.

In the event of default of the grantee by grantee's failure to perform its obligations under Section 9 of this permit, the city, at its option, may cure grantee's default by performance of grantee's obligation and charge the expense of such performance to grantee. The city may, at its option terminate this permit upon thirty (30) days notice to grantee upon grantee's default in performance of any obligation pursuant to this agreement.
